Richard’s background is extensive with experience in finance, management, property and energy.
Heading the business as Managing Director, he can often be found sat at his desk conjuring up new ideas and mostly wandering around the office on the phone!
Jason Keyter
Commercial Director
Jason started his career as a professional rugby player before moving into property development.
Jason has extensive construction experience and heads our residential and commercial section. If you book a survey you’re likely to meet Jason!
Samantha Yeo
Administration & Marketing
Sam has worked in administration throughout her career and joined the team in 2015 to help get us organised!
With a degree in interior textile design, she has a keen eye for attention to detail which she’s transferred across to Thermo to ensure things get done!
Adam Wells

Adam is usually the guy you will speak to throughout your journey with Thermo.
Having spent years in customer support, he’s built up sound product knowledge and offers tremendous support to our customers from initial enquiry to install completion.
